• Service model which includes server infrastructure that supports basic requirements for web services, map services, and application services.
• Server management, patch management, and general update support.
• Base data support (i.e. soils, transportation, political boundaries, NAIP and related photography). Does not include commercial data or related updates.
• OffRoad GIS maintenance and support, including any updates and upgrades.
• Remote Backup and Disaster Recovery Services, which includes all relevant parcel and related data. All data will be backed up to a remote server nightly.

OffRoad Software will also accommodate either a monthly, quarterly, or annual billing structure for the application service model.
